In certain instances, slight modifications to the adapter may be required to ensure proper fitting. We do not recommend repurposing this adapter for alternative applications. Please note that due to compatibility concerns, the switch and HDMI connector may need to be removed during installation.

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. You may receive a full refund for any unsatisfied order within 15 days minus the shipping costs. Bliss-Box does not supply return shipment lables. A restocking fee may occur for any non-defective refunds past the 15 days of the arrival shipment. You must return it with all original packaging. Please contact us for RMA eligibility for any defective items purchased on Bliss-Box’s page past 15 days. Any approved RMA within 90 days is covered free of charge. Any repair beyond 90 days cannot be covered. NOTICE: Bliss-Box cannot support or endorse any modified firmware. If you are running a custom or modified firmware it will void your warranty. Bliss-Box does not extend this return policy to any refurbished items.
